At what times can I schedule service?

Supermaid offers weekly and bi-weekly service for you family. Normal hours are Monday thry Saturday from 6am to 6pm. Sameday service is also available; call to schedule. Cleaning teams are scheduled in the morning and afternoon blocks. We will make every attempt to provide you with consistent times to meet your scheduling needs.

Do I need to be home?

No, most of our customers are not home during scheduled appointments. We will consult you privately about home entry options. In addition, the Supermaid Report Card guarantees communication between you and your staff without your presence being required. One more way Supermaid strives for your satisfaction.

I am very happy with the people who are doing my home. Will they always be the same?

We understand the importance of being comfortable with who you have in your home. Because of this we will make every effort to provide consistency in your staff. If you need to make a change, (or give a compliment!) please call.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. Payments are due at time of service for residential.

What do I do if something is damaged?

Unfortunately in life accidents happen. Your staff is trained to immediately document and report the incident so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible. Before the staff leaves, you will be contacted by Supermaid to address the issue and an accident report will be left at the home. Supermaid is fully insured and all employees are bonded.

What about pets?

We love pets! Sometimes, however, they don’t feel the same way. If you feel there will be an issue, we would appreciate temporary arrangements (bedroom, garage, kennel) while your staff is in your home. At least until we get to know each other. Here boy!
